I provide a private, confidential, and judgement-free setting for you to explain where you are stuck or struggling. I coach you on that problem by asking questions and listening. Together, we take a look at your thinking and see how it is affecting you. Then, I teach you a tool that will help you find relief and start moving forward again. If you're interested in working with me further, I explain how to do that as well.


Coaching is where the magic happens!

Our appointment will be over Zoom. Please be in a quiet place where you can concentrate and speak freely. You can use a computer or your phone.


After you schedule your appointment on Acuity, you will receive an email with the Zoom link. If you save this to your calendar, you can simply click on the link in your calendar at the time of our appointment. 


A mini-session is 30 minutes long.
